My name is Dee & I’m a London-based qualified Personal Trainer and overall a big health, food & fitness freak.
I qualified as a personal trainer in 2015, but I’ve been passionate about the industry for years.

When I was in my teens and up until early 20’s, I didn’t know what it meant to eat healthy or how to do it. It was the same with exercise – I didn’t think that it was necessary! As many of you, I too have struggled with with bad diets, being unfit, low on energy and having low confidence & self-esteem in the past.
